It's not that difficult, truly.

Orphans of Proteus: Life 2 (primary), Mind 1, Animal Ken 2 or Survival 2 -- nothing above base, there.

Perfected Adept: Life 2 (primary), Prime 1, Athletics 3 -- nothing unusual there, either

Subtle Ones: Mind 2 (primary), Fate 1, Subterfuge 2 -- Again, nothing above what can easily be had with the base creation dots

Uncrowned Kings: Mind 2 (primary), Matter 1, Crafts 2, Occult 1 - Easily do-able

Walkers in Mists: Space 2 (primary), Life 1

So, all in all, you can make the requirements for the first attainment rather easily even excepting MC or any other xp at character creation.
