It's been 10 years since I joined LiveJournal.
10 LONG FUCKING years.
When I "joined", it wasn't so much joining as it was signing up for some new fangled shit that Brad had put together.
And now, 10 years later, here we are.
I've come a long, long way in 10 years. And I have the posts to prove it.
I've made some good friends. People I'd never had met were it not for this "new fangled shit".
Then again, those "good friends" seem to have fallen by the wayside in the past few years. Things just aren't what they used to be. My casual, day-to-day updates to Facebook seem to be sufficient. I've gotten little to no response to my 10 year old journal in a long time - maybe it's time to give it up for good.
Whatever the outcome may be - happy 10 years to Brad's "silly" idea to update his friends with his minute to minute diatribe of his activities. Who ever thought anyone would care about those?!?!?!
(And, I'd post a link to my momentus post - 10 years ago today - but the fucking site is broken. How apropos.)
