Ok FINE, I give in.
1. Post about something that made me happy/smile today.

What am I happy about today...
I made a felt crown* for a little boy whose having a birthday party on Saturday. It turned out really well despite the power sort of going out half way though and I did embroidery by very dim low-voltage lights and eventually candles and it still looked good. I feel happy at how well it turned out, and some creative urges got satisfied. No word on any other kinds of urges. ;) I also had a lovely snuggle with Hazel on the couch under a warm fluffy throw, and some sloppy kisses as well.
