So this is a pretty straightforward book that is really gen. It's a bit above average art, pretty average story, and basically explores Kuroko's relationship with various people. Slice of life, if you like.
The art is rounder and more...thickly shaded? than a lot of other people. You could almost say it looks more chunky. But the backgrounds and stuff are nicely drawn. Expressions and stuff are also spot on. What I did like about this girl is she likes to change perspective. I dunno...maybe she likes to switch it up dramatically or something. But even in the course of one conversation between Kuroko and Aomine, she changes left, right, top, bottom...though it's a small book, because of that it doesn't really get boring.
The characters too are IC. Aomine fumbling his way through an apology. Momoi being girly and in control. Kuroko being sensitive to the situation. Kise joking with his beloved captain. Kagami being all squirrel-y about Himuro. It all fits in well with the canon - even the teeny-tiniest bit of KagaKuro in there.
(Just one thing bothers me: WHY IS THE BOOK CALLED "SHIT"???)
