The available English version of Pierre Louys's Chansons de Bilitis is in prose. I retranslated song four into verse. The Songs of Biltis calls it "Bare Feet," which is not an incorrect translation of "Les Pieds Nus". Consider this a draft.
Naked Feet
My long, black hair falls down my back
My little cap is round
My long, strong legs brown in the sun
My little wool dress is white
I'd trinkets and dresses of gold
If I lived in the town
My feet would be clad in silver --
I look at my sandles of dust
Come here, Psophis, you little beast!
Take me in your arms
Bathe my feet in the brook, your hands,
And scent me with violet
For today, you shall be my slave
And you shall obey me
In the evening, for you a gift
A taste of my own garden
