We're a team
Sandrella continues to work her butt off. Debby isn't slacking off, don't get me wrong, but she keeps adding to our to-do list. Here's what we've accomplished since Thursday: I got to play at the zoo with some of my favorite people on Friday. Debby washed all the windows and mini-blinds while I was gone. I had a fun time. Thanks, everybody. I rearranged the garage and switched the workbench and cupboards to the opposite corner of the garage Friday night and now we have to park on opposite sides. I sure hope one of us doesn't come in and crash into the other's vehicle. That would be bad. It's not gonna happen, don't worry.
We both worked on oiling all the woodwork in the house: furniture, baseboards, kitchen cupboards, doors, front entryway, etc., for a couple days. Debby ironed all the curtains she washed on Friday and we rehung them. We washed nearly everything in the house and garage. We got a lot done in a the last ten days. We are heading to Rockaway just for one night from Tuesday to Wednesday this week. We are planning to wash the outside of all the windows tomorrow and go to the grocery store and also wash all the silk flowers and plants out on the deck. They are waiting now on the dinette table and floor by the back door. It looks really cool, like a jungle or a funeral. Beautiful arrangement. :) There are still other jobs on our to-do list but the main one we will do after our beach getaway will be to shampoo the carpets throughout the house. We will actually have a few days to relax and do nothing before heading back to the real jungle next week.
