Nonsequitur without any real important content
So for awhile now, I've been looking into getting a new backpack. Mine's been in use since middle school, and while I can still use it (score for awesomely made stuff), it's also getting very beaten up and the front zipper on it is broken. I don't feel too comfortable having such an obvious pocket open for anyone behind me to shove anything they want into it without my knowing. Irrational? Not entirely. I had jerks do that back in middle school even with it zippered closed and gdi I am not your storage case, get back here and let me smack you good. I never really settled well after that, as weird as I know it is.
Anyways, so my mom's been checking out backpack prices for me whenever she stops by appropriate places, like the Sports Outlet or Wal-Mart or Target. Except.
All the backpacks start at $60.
So in exasperation, I got around to looking up stuff online to see if I was really doomed to spending that much on a backpack that I wasn't going to use beyond occasional travel and school. And guess what I find?
