I see two drinks. Close to each other on dirty glass. Tapping one forward makes them kiss.
What if I had the nerve to push myself like that. What if cold bottles could have been our lips. They’re still touching. I’m envious. They’re lovers.
Asking for one more would throw off the balance. Two is perfect. No more than two. One more than two is three, and I think three’s an ugly number.
Of course she’s beautiful. Our management wouldn’t have given you a girlfriend that wasn’t beautiful.
Liking you isn’t wrong. Tell me why they thought it was wrong. Explain it to me.
The bottles scream when I knock them away. What if those shards on the floor were the perfect mess two could do. What if it was just one.
Take her out. Give her a kiss that was sealed for me.
They think there’s nothing wrong with that.
