I know that studies have shown sleep deprivation not to cause anybody any long-lasting harm.... but seriously, if I don't get any soon, I might be the cause of somebody else's long-lasting harm.

It's making me depressed I think. It has been weeks since I went to sleep in the night and not the early hours of the morning. Were this still Africa, I'd be getting up half an hour ago to start a new day.
How can one start a new day if the other still has yet to end?
