Why do I have a sore knee? I mean I didn't walk any more than usual and I definately don't remember spraining it either. Well, the only reason I can think of is that I sprained it while asleep. Yes, asleep. It could have been one of the nights when I just kicked a bit too hard at my quilts thus injuring my person
