so we're looking for a roommate. i've already got about six responses in the past couple of days. not bad!

We(myself, my boyfriend, and one roommate, male) are looking for a
roommate for a two-story, three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that one
of us owns. It is in a gated area. We are small-pet friendly (we
have a pug) and you have to be, too because pugs love attention. He
is well-behaved and house-trained, though. It would be $500 a month,
and includes utilities (cable, water, electric, heat, high speed
internet). There aren't too many restrictions on the common area of
the house, only that smoking must be done outside and we have a
cleaning schedule that everyone has at least a day on, but we're not
neat freaks. We're not loud people (three out of seven days a week,
two of us have to be up and out by 5:30 am) but we aren't silent. It
is in Torrance, near where the 110 freeway and 405 cross. The
neighborhood isn't amazing, but the complex is nice, the spot is
convenient, and we have never (knock on wood) had any problems with
our cars, house, or the people in the neighborhood (sometimes my
boyfriend and i will go for walks around with our dog.) As far as
people in the house, we're all working people 26-30. You have your
own room, and share a bathroom with one person(guy) who keeps it
virtually empty. There is plenty of outside parking, as there are
jet-skis in the garage. We will ocassionally hang out all together
and make dinner or watch television (we all love Dexter and Heroes.)
The room is available December 1st. We are meeting up with people in
the next couple of weeks to see if we'd be a fit and to show the room.
