Eva and Adao almost stumbled out of the portal, 
Eva nearly dropping Krypto.
"CAR!!!!" Adao said excited rushing up to it "Woah thats so cool" he murmered looking through the window. 
Eva squeeled with delight seeing the bats "PETS!"

"No. Master is for addressing a young person."

"Is it? I thought...... uh.... you know like the person that teaches you karate"

"We're not teaching karate," she said distractedly, peeking into the kitchen and wondering just HOW she was supposed to explain this to Alfred without giving the man a heart attack.

"What IS That word?" Adao asked "If it's not master"
"San?" Eva offered "Or sensei?"

"Stay here." Brenda went into the kitchen alone to explain.

Ace and Krypto sat down to watch the kids and make sure that they stayed there.

Adao and Eva immediately started to argue between each other.

"Quietly." Brenda was suddenly and momentarily between them again before continuing on her way.

They started arguing in silent twin way.

Inside the kitchen Brenda spoke to Alfred and the old man stood silent for a moment before asking her to bring the young people inside so that he could feed them.

She looked toward the door, then signaled for Ace to bring them.

Ace got to his feet and gently shoulder pushed them toward the door.

"What would you like to eat, Master Adao?" asked Alfred, going to the refrigerator.

"Um Cheese Sandwich?" he asked brightly "Toasted?"
Eva smiled edging over to 'mom'

Brenda was aware of the girl's approach, but chose to watch as Alfred made the sandwich with his usual consummate skill.
