(no subject)
so its about that time.... (oops, just got lotion all over my keyboard...)
sooo hopefully moving in w/ sherri in a matter of DAYS... *EXCITMENT* umm, still haven't packed anything.. need boxes...and.. motivation... BUT I'M STILL SO EXCITED!
also, need to STOP SPENDING MONEY! seriously, i'm so good w/ money for like, a month or so.. then i splurge for like, a week and use up all my money. honestly. my name is kayla, and i have a problem.
got to go see steve yesterday, which always makes me happy, saw pirates of the carribean again, and the fact that steve adn i are cursed at movies was again brought up as there was a screaming child and like, 14 pre pubesent BASTARDS came in and sat right in front of us (in a mostly empty theater) and proceeded to talk through the movie. sigh* but then steve took me out to fridays, i've never been before, and oddly enought, have ALWAYS wanted to go. no idea why. just one of my many quirks i suppose. adn i got the wallace and gromitt movie, sooo good, and was only slightly late for class teh next day. but thats what happens when you leave charleston less than an hour before you have class in huntington. besides, he made me breakfast. all in all, good trip adn i still have over half a tank of gas. YAY!
spanish class is going gooood too. like, waaaay better than any other spanish class i've taken. prolly cuz i'm acutally practicing. FLASH CARDS ARE TEH SHIT! should have started using them from teh begining. lord knows my gpa woudl be better.
and started to file my fasfa today, cept for kim didnt' have all of her info w/ her, so i have to wait until tomorrow to do a lot of it, but thomas was nice enough to let me come over to his place to fill it out if i had questions, and i did. afterwards we just chilled for a bit, which was nice, and much different from chilling at work. might go back tomorrow to finish up the fasfa. not quite sure yet. eh. i just pray i get enough money to cover my rent. which will be considerably less than before.
