Sebastian's aura makes Touya sick, it's like a thick black cloud that surrounds him. Hence, Touya knew from day one that Sebastian was not to be trusted. He kept quiet for a long time, Sebastian and Touya sort of quietly testing and judging one another. In the Music Room during the Loveless Plot Touya revealed that he knew that Sebastian was not what he seemed and reasoned that Sebastian was a demon (although Sebastian never gave the affirmative.) Touya promised not to tell anyone as long as Sebastian left everyone alone. Sebastian says that that's not Touya's order to give. Touya doesn't agree to Sebastian's other offer, that he would leave Touya alone. Touya refuses to Sebastian out of his proverbial sight out of fear of what he might do.
