my mountain adventure!
so today was our last day in the mountains. so sad to have to say goodbye to such a wonderful place, but hey I got some cool photos of it.
this morning, we got hit with a bit of snow. and by a bit of snow, I mean this
I look to my brother, "do we dare venture out so early?"
My brother, who for some reason has been nicknamed Boris, responds "Not on my life! let us wait it out"
finally it began to clear up
it stayed really nice for most of the morning
even spent some quality time with my family. Everyone says I have my dad's eyes, what do you think?
around lunch time the storm started to pick up again
uuuum . . . where did the rest of the mountain go?
we make it in for lunch just in the nick of time
2 pizza's, a calzone, two sides of french fries, 2 drinks, and a bag of skittles. this cost us nearly 40 dollars!
I don't know who this guy is but I'm guessing he was really tired. slept right on the floor in the lodge
we finished up lunch just in time for the weather to clear up again
I was having a blast carving it up like I knew what I was doing
but I was getting le tired
"Boris, have you had enough?"
"Yes! I am satiated!"
Alright, time to pack it in
The weather was getting getting kinda bad . . .
. . . and then it got worse
luckily we made it home safe and sound
