finally back for a bit

So, I've recently seen my doctor, and she's as freaked out about my ability to maintain my weight at 400 cals per day as I am pissed off and annoyed with it. I've decided to start drinking more green tea again, and to start working out more. My 5 hour per day ballet class is over in about a week and a half, and since I have a torn muscle, I can't stress it for about 3 months after that, which means stuff like Yoga/Pilates/swimming and whatever else I can find.

Any metabolism boosting ideas that I won't have to ask my doctor for?
