days. daze.
i had a bunch of old and new film developed recently. these are what came out of it. some of these are from the summer before i left for guatemala. some are so old it was when ryan and i were still together before april. i need to get on this developing thing more often. most are of my family birthday party, the apocalypse, lonsdale quay, nature and friends.
brodie at tea. do you know this cafe? i forget what it's called. it's the one on commercial drive that is ALL white inside. i'm actually not a big fan of it but we went here. tea and then a walk. a lovely day.
my friends wanted some tea as well but they instead fell in love.
bad paint job. look at the dripping red globs. seen at the first 160 bus stop near dunsmuir and thurlow.
someone left their hairpiece on the vancouver sun box on dunsmuir street. what a silly person.

this is the bay building on seymour and georgia. they we're fixing or remodeling the facade and instead of just putting on the usually green covering they made this fancy one that looks just like the building but is actually just fabric.

oh photographs. so there you are. so it's been snowing. that was lovely. now it is raining. i am sick. i am all congested and blah. i need to go grocery shopping though because i don't have any vegetables to cook with. hmm... brave the rain! oh my. i just want to feel better.
on sunday my family and i trekked around looking for a christmas tree. we found one and i honestly think it is the biggest tree we have ever had. if you don't know about my families [well, my mothers] obsession with christmas then i'll let you in. every year we buy a tree that we have to cut at least a foot off to just get it to fit in our home. our tree usually takes up about half of our living room. my dad sets up a large village underneath it. this tree in particular has over 1500 lights on it. then popcorn, wire garland and tinsel, meticulously put on by my father. we have garland all over our home right now and snowmen everywhere.
oh christmas. well i'm going to make some tea and try to feel better.
love and good morning snow pixies.
