i've been busy!
it's been awhile. between going to new york and the fourth of july, there's been a lot of activity going on! new york was all about the wedding and getting prepared for it. this being my first time as a bridesmaid it was quite a long and busy affair. i have plenty of pictures where i'm asleep with my head down because i couldn't lie on my hair. but it was all worth it to see my nephew. he's the cutest thing on the face of this earth and i would love to kidnap him and time share him with poopy. between her, me, and blueberry, we were his entourage. people thought we were his mother and were so confused as we followed him everywhere. i also realized that the next time i'd be a bridesmaid of any sort would be at poopy's wedding. and that's it. i dunno if i am happy or sad about that. i know i won't be able to live up to the movie 27 dresses, that's for sure.
while not worrying about the wedding and dieting for it, i was just around and about with friends. i'm not quite sure what we do but apparently we do it a lot and often and it makes me tired. i know rock band has happened a few times, as has clubbing. there was one night we tried to go see kaba modern from america's best dance crew. but the line only moved because people left. so we left and consoled ourselves with ice cream and karoake. there's been a lot of eating as people keep having barbecues. and it's fun. i like the good mix of high activity along with chill moments. and wall-e! omigosh i love that movie. i want to see it again. my original plan was to watch it with a wall-e in my lap but i didn't get to buy one in time and was quite sad about it.
i have been making up for all the movies i didn't see before. i think i've been to the movies at least once every other week, which is similar to what i used to do. i'm still looking forward to the dark knight though. that's going to rock. but it doesn't seem like life will slow down any time soon. apparently there are a lot of july birthdays and that means a lot of parties and plans happening. and i still have yet to figure out how i'm going to visit people in san diego or go live it up in vegas. sigh. we shall see!
