she's not getting surgery. i'm going to go today, and see if i can actually put her on hospice.

I'm sorry to hear about all that's going on. ;-; <3 Lance is going to have arough time, I'm sure, but it's amazing what love and care will do to aid a pet's recovery. And I really hope things go well for your grandmother.. :
