Aww, sad times. Well,if you're desperate for it, look up The Maker Makes by Rufus Wainwright on youtube later. He also does a gorgeous version of Hallelujah and Across the Universe (among other, equally amazing original songs.)

Oh, you absolutely should. He's his own genre! (some call it Pop Opera [popera, lol] baroque pop, etc. etc.) Pure brilliance. So far we've had pretty similar tastes, and if I love him, I'm sure you will.
