Fandom Thursday, I guess.
A few things.
1.) In the land of Jack White.
Stephen Colbert has been interviewing him, sort of, in an effort to get Jack to produce his comeback rock album. (ha.) This will span a three night special. Be still my heart. Colbert + White??? eee!!! Part One. Part Two. Part Three (tomorrow.)
Jack White is very character-y and humorous. He's got a few different personas, and it's interesting to see him bring this one out for Colbert. This is the more tame, almost intimidated one, who is just barely keeping it together. Fun.
2.) In the land of LotR.

3.)(non-fandom related) I can lead a ground turkey to oil, but I cannot keep it moist. Why are you trying to drive me away, healthy turkey? I just want to love you. #cookingfailure

5.) Exchange is plugging along.
6.) I miss Tarrant. :(
7.) Elijah's new series, Wilfred (yes, the show from Australia - same actor/writer even) is generating a lot of buzz, and I'm both insanely excited and jealous at all the attention he's receiving. But deservedly so. Also. Boy made it on GQ's Best Dressed list. My stilled heart from earlier has now exploded. Damn right he is. U N F.
Incidentally, Wilfred looks to be powerful funny. Like, each trailer snippet I see has me in stitches and gasps. There are also squees, but that's to be expected. Series premiere is tonight on FX, and I can't wait to start hulu'ing this goddamnit.
