sort of an update
I need a roommate for 11/1/09 - 7/1/10.
This jerk I've been writing a lot about took it even further. He tried to get our landlord to pay him all the rent he's paid plus 1000 dollars for 'restitution' or he would pretty much slander our landlord anywhere roommate chooses. So, landlord filed a police report for coercion (mn statute 609.27) and told roommate to get out of the building. So, he's leaving.
Hooray!
This does mean we are in a bind to find a roommate. Any help would be much appreciated!!!
