Ahh, my lovely work!
The only place I know where you can rock up on 5 1/2 hours sleep (some have managed less!) and still be utterly useful in your own tasks!
The profuse thanks on account of assistance rendered unto others in /their/ tasks sure helps too!
Yeah, so I'm glowin' all Cerenkov-shades of pleased-with-the-world
Furthermore...
:: If I could find the 'snip' codes, this would just say: And now, Coffee Rant! ::
I was walking down the street, shambling home and was accosted by a promisingly empty space! It appears 'Our' $tarbucks is gone! Of course, I immediately 'perked' up and started singing a jolly tune from a certain musical... o/"...gone where the Bad Things go! Below! Below, below.." /o/
Ok, so I'm fully expecting the wretches to then re-appear, gloating "And THIS is my ULTIMATE FIGHTING FORM!!!" Or something similar, a la DBZ (which I've only seen...what? A few episodes of, anyway. Sorry, can't tell you the season.. Didn't 'Freeza' ?Friesia ;) say that 'fighting form' line, anyway? What was it, half a Show-Time (Internal Universe) hour took...two or more Real-Time (External Universe) hours!? Crazy!)
...and then get back to selling 'Gimmicks with coffee in'.
Ha! I sound like a coffee snob! I PREFER to crunch the beans, anyway!
One day, when that coffee tree in the front yard has the nice bright red cherries on it again... Anyone wanna visit and do a shell-and-roast day? (Probably two, or so--there's two layers to remove and the beans benefit from some drying time in the parchment before roasting!) I'd really like to derive some yield from it one day...but it's such a process!
Besides, I suspect the ants have found it an ideal place for their white-fluffy-mite-whose-name-I-forget farm. Right at the fruiting nodes...
::Coffee-rant Snip would end here. Gah! Too late for such edit-quibbles! #~.~#::
Fencing tomorrow. I may dread what the pack will say, me having been gone so long..but I look forward to the bouts!
