Wait Do I Already Have That Job?

11:02pm: So I was at the library volunteering today when I decided to take a look at the internal job postings because there are supposed to be some library positions coming up. So I did and I was most excited to see one for a Casual Library Assistant! I thought, OK so it's not full or part-time, but hey I should take what I should get.

Except...I've just realised, I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to have that position, it's been like a year since I've had a shift (although I did get called up briefly for one last September before they cancelled it on me), so do I need to apply for this? Should I just call up? Although the contact person is the Library Manager who kind of has a scary reputation, I don't want to sound like an idiot. Although, I guess it wouldn't hurt? It's not like they'd tell me to stop volunteering, I'm doing it for free! :OP

Moving along, I'm still working on the fan fic, it's going well so far, I'm wondering about my timeline though and if I should shorten it, 'cause at present it spans quite a few years and I wasn't planning on having the story be too long. Although it's not like I have to recount every little thing that happens, although I've been guilty of such things before.

What else to report...I feel like I'm forgetting something, but I can't think what, my flat is still clean (well it'd be a bit sad if it wasn't), I fed Fishenko today, cooked my fish, which was yummy, although sticking those two things together seems weird.

Maybe it's just because it's that time o' the month, annoying I tells ya, you should have seen me yesterday just before it showed up, I was dropping stuff and bumping into furniture and door frames. Hmpf.

Anyway, I better wrap this up, I need to get to sleep as soon as Murdoch Mysteries finishes.

Goodnight all!
