Breaking the 10,000 Barrier
11:24pm: Word count wise! Go me! I was hoping for slightly more as ever, but it keeps me inspired, so yaaay!.
Actually, it's almost 11,000 so that's cool, here's the word count at present:
10996 / 50000 words. 22% done!
In other happier news, Mum has managed to salvage the car situation - which I guess might not be that difficult when you're offering them money for a car. The upshot is, the chap will be taking the car to the mechanic next Tuesday for the inspection. Fingers crossed it passes muster!
In the meantime I have to arrange for the red car to be sold - namely by cleaning it inside and out and taking pictures to put up on Gumtree and making a sign to stick up inside so that this weekend I can leave it in the same place we saw the Mazda and hopefully get some interest. Which reminds me, I need to find out how much we can ask for it.
It was a busy day workwise, I had to arrive early to help Mrs S with an issue, but fortunately it all ended up being sorted and I did a good job, so go me! :O)
I managed to get to the gym as well, before going to the Grand to get ham and pineapple so I could make pizza (I had the other ingredients here) along with some other purchases including a little black dress from Aldi which was on special. Niiice. I've never had a little black dress before, hope it fits all right.
Anyway, I better go, because it's past 11:30 which is when I should be asleep! Honestly, I fail.
