10:29pm: Unfortunately it is so. I took some paracetamol but it obviously hasn't kicked in yet because my head is still throbbing. Ow.
So yes, must be off to bed now, but the day was pretty normal, worked for Mrs S, came home and relaxed until it was time to work at the library and oh! Got Dad's car's bumper bar fixed, it looks really good! I'll post a photo tomorrow when I get around to it.
But that won't be tonight and now I must sleep.
