Ten Out Of Ten!
11:01pm: In today's quiz! Yay! Nothing like a good mark to make one feel smart. However...I'm getting a bit nervous about the work placement thing...firstly there's the whole vaccination thing, I'd rather not have to get injections if I can help it! Secondly, and more importantly, I'm worried about the placement itself, we have to do it in a High Care facility, with people who need a lot of assistance...I'm worried about how I'll be able to deal with the possibility of blood, or incontinence or worst of all, throwing up! D: I don't know if I can deal with that and frankly? I'd really rather not have to. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll have a job or something even if it does mean giving up the $109 I paid - although Mum said she'd cover it.
So yeah...I don't know what to do if I don't have a job though...although this does remind me I really need to get around to seeing my new pyschiatrist, why hasn't that guy called me yet? Rude!
In other news, Mum's friend came up here this evening with some more jobs that I can apply to, gee, maybe I just really suck at job hunting and there is forty jobs a month to apply to. Awkward. But yeah, better get onto those!
Anyway, while she was up here I had a bit of a brainwave about my Plushy Plush, I think I'm going to redo the body - because I've discovered some ways to stop the fraying that happens with the satin and also I looked up the art shop in the Mall and they sell self-adhesive rhinestones in various sizes, I'm hopeful that I'll be able to find ones that are small enough to use on the body and then I won't have a glitter problem! Because right now you can't really cuddle Plushy Plush unless you want glitter all over your person.
Also, Mum's friend was nice enough to give me a nice big green box which I'm going to store some of my craft/sewing things in so I don't have such a hard time finding stuff because it's in all sorts of bags, I had the biggest trouble finding those sequins, turns out the were on the shelf by my bed the whole time, LOL whoops.
Finally, I really wish I'd cleaned the flat up a bit because it's looking pretty bad, and full what with all the bags and the (not working) sewing machine. Mjum's friend says she doesn't mind, but I do recall Mum saying her friend had mentioned it to her, so I'm not so sure about that.
Annnd on that note, I should wrap this up and get to bed, because zzzzs as always are much appreciated!
Hmmm, and cleaning up my craft stuff has resulted in me getting fabric bits all over my new jeans, I hope I can get it off before tomorrow...or maybe I should just wear my new black jeans tomorrow. I shall have to decide in the morning.
And now, off to bed!
