Celebrity Crush Meme

Feb 27, 2008 22:18

Ok people I'm back and now you must prepare yourself for a.....MEME. I'm normally not on the meme wagons but I saw this one alexajohnson stole from sunnyjune46 and went "Hey hotness why not".
So Here it is
1 - List your top 10 celebrity crushes
2 - Put all of them IN ORDER of your lust for them
3 - Say which movie/show it was that hooked you
4 - Supply photos for said stars

Because I'm me and I can... I'm doubling the number. So here comes 20 pics (in icons to save space and sanity).....deal with it and love it.

Number One Part A: Gerard Butler.
Movie Hook: Phantom of the Opera...panty peeling voice. 300...panty peeling abs. I'm slowly working my way through all his movies and Timeline is one of my current favs but Dear Frankie and Dracula 2000 are in the top as well.

Number One Part B (B is for Breasts ha ha ha): Emmy Rossum
Movie Hook: Phantom of the Opera but Day After Tomorrow sealed it. Good Gods her CD is so amazing. saiita thinks it's elevator music but I think her voice is operatic beauty at it's best.

Number Two Part A: Hugh Laurie
Movie Hook: Umm...TV actually. House M.D. But I adore his movies too. Like Flight of the Phoenix, Cousin Bette, 101 Dalmatians and anything period piece or with Stephen Fry is comedic genius. He's got a new movie Street Kings but everyone thinks Keanu Reeves is the "star." I use quotation marks because I firmly believe he can't act. And I only see his movies for other people ie: Hugh Laurie, Gary Oldman, Hugo Weaving (whom didn't make the list by one).

Number Two Part B: Monica Bellucci
Movie Hook: Shoot Em' Up...come on what's better then a sarcastic lactating hooker.

Number Three Part A: Sean Maguire
Movie Hook: Meet the Spartans made me appreciate him. He is so freaking funny. But Prince Charming (on TV but I caught it on DVD) was so cute it locked in the love.

This is shit cause I can't find Sean Maguire icons...crazy fucking fandom doesn't realize he's amazing. But anyway it's the little profile icon on his imdb.com profile page.
Number Three Part B: Natalie Portman
Movie Hook: V for Vendetta started my obsession but I've always loved her. Her recent film Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium is so awesome...it's also a great book. Both film and book made me cry. I must see The Other Boelyn Girl...I'll stare at Nat my BFF will stare at Scarlett Johnson (I don't know why he likes her) and we will try to forget Bana is there.

Number Four Part A: Gary Oldman
Movie Hook: Bram Stoker's Dracula. Also started my love of Dracula characters which Gerard Bulter is a part of being in Dracula 2000. But basically anything with Gary is brilliant even when he played an odd looking midget (the arm proportions are funny) in Tiptoes.

Number Four Part B: Winona Ryder
Movie Hook: Also Bram Stoker's Dracula but Girl Interrupted was like brain/eye crack for me.

No idea where I got it. It's in a set of six with rogue as the name.
Number Five Part A: David Thewlis
Movie Hook: Gangster No. 1, The Island of Dr. Moreau, Total Eclipse (totally raunchy love scene with Leonardo DiCaprio) and of course Timeline!

No idea where this comes from either...Wish I did maybe I could get more.
Number Five Part B: Lena Headey
Movie Hook: 300.......Spartan women rock so hard. She's also awesome in the TV miniseries Merlin and The Brother's Grimm. I haven't seen her new tv series and I don't plan on it. I only like Terminator for Arnold.

by lancelotfan
Number Six Part A: Michael Sheen
Movie Hook: Underworld (can't wait for the next one Underworld: Rise of the Lycans). He's another one in Timeline. Oh and he was wickedly awesome as Robbie Ross in Wilde. I kept shouting "Oscar WTF! Bosie sucks and Robbie loves you"

Number Six Part B: Michelle Pfeiffer
Movie Hook: Batman Returns....oh my catsuit!!!!! Also, in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream (Titania the fae queen *smiles*)

No idea where I got this from a long time ago. It appears to be from a set with Titania and Oberon.
Number Seven Part A: David Bowie
Movie Hook: Hooked on his music and Labyrinth in my childhood and it blossomed into worshiping him as a genius musician, actor, artist, revolutionary.

No idea...again. Seems the ones I got before I had an lj have no names.
Number Seven Part B: Angelina Jolie.
Movie Hook: Girl Interrupted. Crazy is the new sexy. Just recently saw Tomb Raider 2 with Gerard Butler. I'm so pissed at that ending.

Yup another one that I've no clue where it came from. I'm a dickshit.
Number Eight Part A: Clive Owen
Movie Hook: I've always liked him but King Arthur and Shoot 'Em Up totally sealed it. Still haven't seen anything but the end of Sin City (which was only Bruce Willis scenes) must rectify that travesty soon.

I was torn between this cleolinda icon and another by spikesbint but "teh funny" won me over
Number Eight Part B: Helena Bonham Carter
Movie Hook: TV Miniseries Merlin and Fightclub later. I must break free of my poorness (my wallet misses money so bad) and see Sweeney Todd. I found out the end is not in my favor but I love her acting enough to go see it.

Number Nine Part A: Lee Pace
Movie Hook: Don't think I've ever seen him in a movie. He does mostly TV stuff. He makes me want to burn the people in the writers strike for stopping Pushing Daisies. He is gonna be one of three dudes chasing after Amy Adams in Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day. I hope she picks him and he gets decent lines.

iconator.com (WTF! Why doesn't anybody have decent Lee Pace icons)
Number Nine Part B: Lisa Edelstein
Movie Hook: Yet again...television. As Dr.Cuddy on House M.D. she's kickass and doesn't take shit from anybody. She's better then Wonder Women.

by chaty1
Number Ten Part A: Johnny Depp
Movie Hook: I couldn't say. I grew up with his movies and I love them all. But I think Ed Wood planted him firmly in my weird little heart.

bases by karanna1 She calls it a base but her work is great enough to use as a full fledge icon.
Number Ten Part B: Tilda Swinton
Movie Hook: Constantine. What more can I say I love the androgynous crazy angel thing. The hair was incredible and she's an incredible actress. But as I ranted in a comment on saiita 's journal that Oscar dress was vile. I'd cry at the dissapointment but I was to busy gagging over the dress. But she was one of many with no fashion sense at the Oscars so I forgive her...a little.
