I blame a lack of well written female characters to steal. Most fandoms have a shit ton of great male characters but zero to a handful of great girl characters. It's sad.

I dunno - TrueBlood has a WEALTH of awesome female characters but 95% of Trueblood fiction is hetfic.

I only saw a little of it...So I only recall two girls to the five or six guys.....nice to know it's evened out over time. Must be an HBO thing. Damn I want better cable.
