Thanks for referring me to her. She was a great beta and helped me so much with some issues I'd been tackling in my writing. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

solemn and reflective and lovely. and: Thermal lipid oxidation, hydrolysis, polymerization, aldehyde and hydroperoxide decomposition, dimerization between acyl groups. The continuous emanation of small bubbles around the latkes indicated the presence of water changing phases and leaving as steam. Fat was being absorbed into the latkes, which in turn was dynamically changing the composition of the oil. The entire process fascinated him. i don't think i've mentioned how much i enjoy that you put all this science stuff in your fics, even if some of it goes over my head, because i really do appreciate science and physics and math as elegant forms.

I try to slip in science/mathematics whenever possible. There is a certain beauty that I see in those disciplines that I want to share with others. I'm glad that you liked it.

What a beautiful story. The atmosphere is wonderful and I like that it shows the development of Spock celebrating Chanukah through the years.
Thanks so much and a blessed Chanukah to all.

Beautiful, just beautiful. (And an ending that is sad as it is perfect.)
