Wow, this whole scene with Nyota communicating with the Queen is amazing. I hadn't really considered it before, but it's possible for us to communicate with more than just other human beings.

Gah, I love seeing conceptualizations of other sentient species! This one was even more interesting by virtue of being proto-societal! It's a stage that's rarely focused on. Uhura figuring out how to communicate was a brilliant way to show her understanding of her own strengths, as Jim was teaching her.
