I really like the vintage look, but I think it's a bit oversharpened, maybe try to add a blur layer on low opacity or use the smudge tool on the edges?

Thanks for your tips regarding over sharpening, it seems to be one of my biggest problems. i followed your tips and it looks like this

maybe it's still too sharp but when i blurred more it looked too blurry haha

huge mistake, many apologies. it has been removed from the post.
i only posted it here because i haven't made icons in a long while and i needed to see the oppinions and tips i would get and obviously i have forgotten all about the rules, and instead i just messed up everything.
