i know for a fact it has been posted before, but the fact of the matter is that it says in the rules not to post publicly about them. i guess it's too much hassle reading the rules, though.

it probably also doesn't help that most sharing communities are also in the top 1-100 social capitial sites (most are top 20)

they are dirty transfers tbh.

no but srsly (not the op here btw) when it comes to law changes they are pretty much the only thing that governments crack down on when you read the fine print, 'peer-to-peer' is the easiest and normally the only thing they track.
