Writing While Babysitting (They're currently asleep, I'm not /that/ bad....)
I've been babysitting a lot for my friends lately (don't have kids and are still a responsible adult means you will watch other people's kids often) and it's been amazing inspiration for my Destiel baby!fic.
In addition to getting paid for hanging out with babies for a couple hours, I get about three hours after the kids go to bed and the parents come home, to write.
Gotta say - it's really hard to write porn with lullaby songs playing quietly in the background...
Have one earbud in listening to my Story Writing Music and another listening for the kids to wake up. The lullabies are a means to ensure they stay asleep so I can't exactly turn them off.
I'm having to give a whole new meaning to "rock a bye baby" which is easily the creepiest thing I've ever done.
I have two countdowns on my phone for the two Wincest pieces I picked up on the Wincest Reverse Bang.
And have 2 of the 8 sex scenes I have mapped out are done between the two stories. Could cry because they have been getting harder and harder for me to write lately and IDK why.
Slapping body parts together shouldn't be this hard!!
In addition to the Wincest Reverse Bang happening, I also signed up for the SPN Stories book and still don't know what I'm going to do for it!!!
I'm good at keeping people in character and doing little codas, but I just feel no matter what I produce it isn't going to be good enough. I keep thinking I should just write a whole bunch and then pick one to really elaborate on. But that means taking time out of working on my two WRBs to do that and I'd rather not stare at a blank page and feel inadequate while I have other stuff I know I should be writing.....
M'doing that thing where I bitch again, so I'll stop.
