Nos Da, Cariad
So there was a nail in my car's tire. Did I mention that yesterday? Yeah. Nail. Whee. And it's on the corner of the tire that's "not supposed to be patched." *headdesk* Please, please, please don't make me buy a new tire! At least not until February. *crosses fingers*
I wrote Christmas fic today about which I'm still boggling. It was not what I meant to do, but I am not unhappy that it appeared. Now if only my Yuletide fic could appear the same way!
I am meant to be watching Heroes right now. It's all cued up and ready to go, but I'm not entirely sure I have the concentration to sit still for 43 minutes. *flails* I am going to want to watch it ALL DAY tomorrow and not be able to until I get home. Oh. And there's a Thing I have to do tomorrow evening. *flails again and can't decide about Heroes*
On the other hand, I was actually appreciative of several parts of Studio 60 tonight. It was nice to see the cast members behaving as colleagues and people who actually LIKED each other for a change. And while the Grosse Pointe plotline felt rather odd to me given that I grew up there and something much like that happened to a woman I dearly loved just after we moved away, I think it worked in the whole of the show. Though now I'm wondering who on the staff is from Grosse Pointe.
For a happier note? FOUR DAYS UNTIL AVATAR FINALE. Five until I get to watch it, but FOUR DAYS! *bounces around like a rubber ball* And the Advent starts on Sunday and it getting very, very close to Christmas!
