I may be far too excited about the World Cup this year. But thank goodness for real-time play-by-play on the Fifa website! And I did totally just go into the company's breakroom to set the TV to the England-Trinidad game. Now if only I could move my desk in there for the next few hours...I'd still do work! I swear!

It's funny how watching soccer makes me want to play it so badly. I've not played for 10 years now, and I still miss it at times like this. It's also funny how the game seems so much slower on a TV screen than it is in real life. Hockey doesn't do that - hockey seems faster on the TV most of the time, but soccer slows way down. Odd.
