I have to admit, that the Lady and I accidently had the "Speach for the visually impaired" accidently turned on one night while we were watching TV. That's where they're a narrator to tell you all the stuff on the screen that you can't figure out by hearing. He describes people walking, the scenes, sometimes he'll say "Mac looks nottably upset".
Have to say it was the best episode I ever saw. Which er.. doesn't say much does it?
LOL...and that's how you got me hooked - with the well-written comment. I've watched one episode and really enjoyed it. Must make it a point to get on that train.
And I've always wondered - do the books refer to Ted Tonks as a "Muggle" or "Muggle-born." If it were the second, wouldn't he be a wizard? Must look that up when I get home...
Some eps are definitely better than others, but I was impressed with the end of the season and how things were wrapped up - in that everything from the pilot was important and came into play.
Ted Tonks is "muggle-born" - so a wizard. But a mudblood!
This makes me so happy that we live in a time where one doesn't have to be home at 8pm every Thursday (or whatever) in order to watch good tv shows.
*gasp* How COULD Andromeda lower herself to such a level! A mudblood! *hee* And why the heck are all the Blacks (other than Phinneaus Nigellus) named after constellations?
You should watch it because it's an amazing revelation of what's true and what isn't in this madcap society. Plus, you get to say Bullshit! I guess. The show is sooooo good, though.
