Help!

This post is a call out to those located in the Dallas, Texas area... A kitten needs a home, and now!

The whole story begins with a jerk neighbor of mine leaving a mother cat and her six kittens in his apartment after moving out. The front window to his apartment had been broken out many months ago by another crazy neighbor of mine for god-knows what reason. The window had never been properly fixed, just a piece of cardboard pasted poorly over the hole. When I got up a couple of mornings ago, I heard the most pathetic mewing and peaked out to see one kitten huddled beneath the window sill. The cats had pushed open the cardboard bit and gotten out. I went out to investigate and discovered all the kittens huddled in various corners adjacent to the apartment. I collected them up with much difficulty and many little kitten scratches in what must have looked like a strange comedy routine. I put them, mama kitty and food and water into the apartment and then re-sealed the cardboard, hoping that it would hold until I could get a no kill shelter to come out and take them away. Unfortunatley getting them to come out seems nearly impossible.

Today, I took time off of work and enlisted the help of two kitty-owner friends of mine. They provided a kitty carrier and the apartment complex let me into the jerk's apartment. We then successfully collected what we thought were all the kittens and the mother. They all found good homes today. When I returned home tonight from work, lo and behold, I see a tiny mewing furball scurrying away. I caught him and he is now going to spend the night in my bath tub.

Anyway, he needs a good home!! He's incredibly cute and very sweet. Age wise, I'm only guessing, but I would think he's around 3 months old. If you are interested or know someone, please respond back! Also any other suggestions for finding him a home would be great!
