It's been a while huh? Yeah I haven't been out this long since my college thesis. Anyway I'm back and I'm not abandoning you.
I am now coming to you live from... well the same place actually, but with new broadcasting equipment! After 6 and a half years my good old laptop is retiring. We've had our ups and downs--and in our more recent day mostly downs, but she still works, she does, and I'm hoping she will do much better once I move out all my things (I'm almost done... ish). We had an over-all good run, and I will miss her. But I must admit, the efficiency of my new machine does ease the transition, though there's still a lot to get used to.
My new friend is silver, a bit lighter, a bit slimmer, easier to hold, which means it's easier to take to bed (hohoho); which is bad actually. Still a PC though. I know what everybody says about the Macs, especially for creative purposes, and I did consider it... briefly. It's not like I don't see the appeal, I've even tried using them before, they're just so damn expensive. They're also pretty damn exclusive. Anyway many of my friends are game developers, and most of them use PC. I reckon I'm in good hands.
Meanwhile it's been raining for hours, and I can barely hear myself think.
