The Best Kind of Hangover
I don't know about the rest of the world, but I had a most awesome weekend, last weekend. If you happened to guess that I'd been to another Super Junior concert, then you would be absolutely right! And it was tops! I went with my sister and cousins again this year, and we totally levelled up. We'd been gearing up for months. I said I should’ve spent more, and I did. Quite a bit in fact, but it was worth it. We got way better seats.
The concert was Saturday but I say weekend because we were at it from Friday 'til Sunday. At what? Well a lot of things. I won’t get too specific though. (^^). I’ll keep my report to the concert.
All fangirling aside, it was a great show. The lights were better, the stage was bigger, there were cables, spinning parts, huge LCD screens, more dynamic performances... It was a lot of fun. And though I’d seen the boys already before, I felt like I was watching them for the first time. I just kept looking at them, and they are every bit as gorgeous as their pictures. Maybe even more so. I have more video this time around. Let's just say we were much more prepared and organized.
Good thing too cause when we got into our section, several signs and fanprojects were waiting on our seats. And the area leaders were giving us more; each for a different member and at a different song. Just when I'd planned on going Spartan, I was up to my neck in fansigns. But we managed to keep up with them, well most of them. Though I can't say the whole audience did.
Which leads me to a major highlight of the night:
Towards the end of the show, during the song Wonder Boy, the fanproject was supposed to be a flashmob dance. That didn't work out. I noticed no one danced save my sister and me. I know this will sound unbelievable but one of the members--Ryeowook--saw us and danced with us. Haha! Cool right?
Aah I really had a good time. I can’t wait ‘til I have the opportunity again. We got to say good-bye too. We saw their cars depart the hotel, still had the presidential tint though. Oh well, they saw us. Hahahaha!
