Feeling warm and fuzzy

My aches have gone! (^^) Although I was ok already yesterday, but today it's completely gone.

See, three days ago I came home from a most awesome three days with my beloved MTable crew in the Philippine's Cold Summer Vacation Capital. That's right, Baguio! The trip was loads of fun. I had such a good time even though our itinerary didn't have too many activities. But we did have one thing, which turned out to be the most memorable thing, that we really wanted to do and did. That my friends is Horseback Riding. I love horseback riding. It's a must for me everytime I have a chance to go to Baguio. We chose to go on a 2 hour trail with the horses and the guides. It cost us a pretty penny but it was totally worth it!

Imagine, eight girls, eight horses, some guides (I'm not sure how many there were ^^;) trekking up hills of foggy pines... in the RAIN. Oh yes, it rained while we were on the trail. But since no amount of waiting seemed to coerce the rain to let up, so we braved the elements and ran with our horses through the cold downpour. In the end we brought home shivers, aches and pains in the most uncomfortable places (and in my case a bruise on my leg the size of an officer's badge xD). When the horses galloped it felt just like we were in a movie! Well, except for the guides riding behind us. xP.

We all felt that three days was too short. But that's all we could afford. (^^;). And our accomodations were already very cheap. We are not wealthy people. I suppose we might have had time for more if it hadn't been raining so hard, but as blackoftheroom/
arashi_pandesal   said it would be fine even if we didn't do anything so long as we were together. And I wholeheartedly agree. Aw I said something touching.

Cheesy I suppose, but true. Completely true.

I miss them so easily. Hope we get to do something like that again in the near future.
