Another birthday, another year
I decided to play tourist in my own town this year.
I went for a massage, checked out iconic restaurants (Latino Spainish, Rustic Canadian, and traditional Japanese, in that order), took pictures on the Bridge, and shopped till I dropped.
I ended up with a new leather red handbag named Lisbon, a frilly candy crushed dress and a polka-dotted green shirt, a bag of decadent chocolate coated almonds, and many thoughtful gifts.
I can get used to this. Wish every long weekend is like this!
