I was channel surfing earlier tonight and came across a show on HGTV that was all about what $200,000 will buy you in real estate in various places around the country. HA. It was pure comedy. They showed North Carolina where $200K would buy a gorgeous 2500 sq. ft. house. Out here? In the lovely Bay Area, $200k will buy you a fabulous double wide trailer with a cheap Astro-turf lawn. The flamingos cost you extra. ;P So are the washing machines outside.
