Hello from Ohio!!!
Everything went fine on the flights, save for the 5 year old running the length of the plane and the 2 year old behind me kicking my seat the whole time :P .
We spent today in southern Ohio. You should hear me talk!! I've picked my accent back up as if I lived here the whole time! I called E and she was laughing at my accent *g*. The thing that takes the cake is that earlier today, my dad said "That dog is gon' get runned over" BuHUH? Yes, my dad has forgotten how to inunciate. *g*
We visited all the towns my ancestors are from. The "town" (and I use the term LOOSELY) of Mudsoc is about 8 buildings and total inhabitants of about 25. Whoa. I'm taking a ton of pictures and I'll post some when I get back. :)
I forgot how blasted HUMID it is here. UGH!! I've gotten spoiled for CA's humidity in the teens everyday. I get here and have 50-60%. Forget drying off after a shower!
