For those who still can’t grasp the concept of white privilege, or who are looking for some easy-to-understand examples of it, perhaps this list will help.
I hate politics. And support no one. That said, a number of these things do not fall under white privilege they are just the PC nature of politics on TV and in the media in general. She has been "chosen" so no one will say too much shit about her or her family unless they did something very heinous. Also, because she's a woman, nobody in the press will want to attack her much for fear of looking like they're playing gender related games. As for the rest of the stuff it's all just as tilted and angry as what the "other side" would say about it all. Things like this make me hate politics and the media. It's all finger point BS. I'm totally not picking on you for posting this I'm just saying this typifies WHY I do not participate and find it impossible to trust any of our "leaders." Even information based on what these people say they want to do for our country is untrustworthy because of how much they can actually accomplish with the way govt is right now. No one is going to save us. Sorry to be such a downer but it's just how I feel and how articles like this make me feel when I bump into them.

Simply put, I'm not viewing 100% (or close) through this lens, but I DO think this election is a good model for illuminating it.
Aside from this context, it's a real thing that doesn't get too much mutually comprehended constructive conversation.
