"The kite of punishment."

I still can't decide if I like William Gibson's Neuromancer (which is one of the books for sci-fi)... it's just... I have no idea. Generally I really enjoy how it's written, but then it'll occasionally get repetitive. And he goes all out to discribe this one bartender character... but I have no idea what the main character looks like. The plot is full of fun cyberpunk goodness, but if you skip a line by accident or something, you get completely lost. It's taking a bit longer for me to read than it normally would. So, I don't know. I suppose I don't dislike it? Apparently Johnny Mnemonic comes before it (I only found out today that it's part of a series). I think that's in my shot fic text from last semester.

Hoo-hah.

It keeps getting all grey out every time I finish class and consider going out to take some photos. Hrm. I'm not sure where I would go for that, anyway, but I would like some nice lighting contrast either way. It's kind of annoying because I've forgotten most of the (pretty vague to begin with, for the most part) ideas that I had during my camera-less time. Some of the random images I've throught of more recently aren't really do-able with my resources. I'd like to go back to Godrich at some point to shoot by the water/rocks/weeping willow trees - I didn't get much of a chance during Cuckoo's. There are some places downtown here that I'd like to make something of, though, so we'll see.

I need my license. And a job. Shit.
