Last week's goals:
#1 - Swim four times this week. (Nope, I was able to swim only once because of migraine and viral invasion.)
#2 - Make Body Journal entries at least twice every day. (Check!)
#3 - Clean that oven (nose wrinkle). (Not likely, see #1.)
#4 - Evaluate cool weather clothing and donate unwanted items. (The evaluation is complete but I forgot the bag at home the only time I was out and about this week.)
#5 - Make the effort to lose another pound to make it a total of 20 before the 1st of Oct. (Make that an additional 1.6 lbs!)
Okay, so this was not the most productive, successful, or, pleasant week. I am, if anything, sicker now than I was during the last week, so I am scaling back my goals a bit.
#1 - Swim three times this week.
#2 - Analyze Sep Body Journal and make some notes for future reference as well as creating and starting to fill in the Oct Body Journal.
#3 - Start on a needed Sort, Purge, and Organize.
#4 - See the eye doctor.
#5 - Make hush-hush plans for James' birthday.
