Room 335 - Friday Afternoon
Since Walter had gone to pack, Victor figured he should do the same. He brought out one of his suitcases and began to select the clothes he would need for the trip, making sure to bring enough warm things in case it was very cold over in England. At some point during the packing, he made a call to Xavier's to see if Doctor McCoy was in. He wasn't, but one of his assistants was able to help Victor connect to the Institute's global satelite network with a Student account. Now, he'd be able to access the internet with no problem while in Europe. He thanked the woman and asked to be transfered to the Headmaster's office, where he gave an update and let Miss Frost know about the trip to Europe.
"That sounds splendid, Victor. When are you leaving?"
"Sometime tomorrow. We'll be back on Wednesday, I think."
"Oh, just in time for your birthday. We just might have to send you something early now, shall we?"
"What do you-"
"You'll find out soon enough, Mister Borkowski. Now run along now and give me a call when you return. I'd love to hear about what you think of it."
"Yes, Miss Frost. Thank you."
"Not a problem, Victor. Ta-ta."
He hung up the phone and bit his lip. If he was leaving tomorrow, then when would the "something" get here? And what was it? He still pondered on it while he continued to pack.
