Postcard Love!
I just received a really nice postcard from Paris. It shows a picture of the Eiffel tower at night, and it has a nice description of the weather there, etc, etc.
I found it nice that someone remembered and cared enough to send me a postcard from afar (PARIS pa! Woo-hoo!). Thing is, because of the long message, I think he/she either ran out of space/forgot to sign his/her postcard! Lol. Now I don't know who to send a response-postcard to!!!
I've been blessed to receive quite a number of postcards from caring friends who live abroad, so I don't know which one of them is responsible for my pleasant surprise from the mailman today. There's Sushil, who's sent me a postcard from Greece in the past; Alien, our student guide from ITB, who sent me a postcard from Tokyo; A friend of mine from MMU Worlds who sent me a postcard inviting me to a Malaysian music festival; Ate Nina, who sends not only postcards but also quirky gifts as well (aww); and of course Cha, a high school friend who migrated to the US, whom I miss dearly.
I wonder which one of them sent this postcard. I really want to reply--even if it's just with another Philippine postcard (it's not like I've travelled outside the country lately. Lol).
I am really, really happy. Hurray for postcard love! This will go into my memory box, and hopefully in the future--i'll have enough postcards sent by friends to start a collection. :D Yippee.
