On Art & Self-Love
Found this great video on you tube. Sharing with you guys for these simple reasons:
1. I love her art work. Mesmerizing, I tell you.
2. I love self-help. And even if her delivery is so-so (could use a bit more emotion, lol)-- self-love and self-respect is something we all need to work on. Unless you already have too much self-love to the point of conceit, in which case, her words may have no effect. Lol.
I want to try art again. Because it is beautiful. Sigh.
Yesterday, went with a good friend of mine to Color Me Mine (5th Floor Shangri-La Mall) where you can buy ceramic pottery and design it whichever way you want. My friend treated me to a small plate (so nice of him), which I decorated with a light-house and a starry, starry sky. I can't wait to see how my plate came out! I wish I took pictures before and after, but oh well. Can't do anything about that now :p Will post "after" photos when they come out. I-am-the-excited.
